CeraVe is a proud sponsor of American Nurses Foundation and the Healthy Nurse, Healthy Nation™

The Amrican Nurses Foundation and the Healthy Nurses, healthy Nation™ initiative works to support this selfless community and helps connect and engage nurses nationwide.

La Roche Posay’s mission is to enhance quality of life through skin.

In 2009, the La Roche-Posay Thermal Center, Europe’s leading thermal center for dermatology, opened doors to those recovering from the skin-related side effects of cancer treatment. Today, we support oncology initiatives spanning oncology treatment, skin cancer, and childhood cancer awareness.

Save Our Skin

In 2010, La Roche-Posay introduced the SOS (Save Our Skin) Campaign to inform the public about the dangers of UV rays and the importance of practicing sun safe behaviors in order to prevent skin cancer.

Year after year, through the SOS initiative, La Roche-Posay teams up with dermatologists from the Women’s Dermatologic society to provide free skin cancer screenings, sun safety materials, and complimentary sunscreen samples to the public.

GW Cancer Center

In 2017, La Roche-Posay partnered with the George Washington University Cancer Center to launch the GW Supportive Oncodermatology Clinic.

While today’s medical advances have created new effective therapeutic pathways to treat cancer, these aggressive treatments can have noticeable, negative effects on the skin, scalp and/or nails. Fortunately, these expected changes can be relieved and sometimes prevented with tailored therapeutic regimens and dermo-cosmetic care.

American Childhood Cancer Organization & Childhood Cancer International

La Roche-Posay is raising awareness and helping children and families alike in the battle against cancer by teaching valuable coping skills.

Using emotion-based activity kits that include a dry-erase board with character stickers representing different feelings, kids are encouraged to express themselves-and parents are better able to foster communication in a language that’s understandable.

We believe actions speak louder than words. Our social impact vision is expansive but is immediately focused on affecting change in the field of aesthetics. We have initiated and engaged in ground-breaking, non-commercial industry partnerships to lead true change and evolution in aesthetics, while integrating policies in our operating model to drive intentional change. The most visible example is the DREAM Initiative: Driving Racial Equality in Aesthetic Medicine, which is made up of three program pillars:
The Full Spectrum of Dermatology: A Diverse and Inclusive Atlas. A teaching tool to help physicians recognize and effectively diagnose skin conditions across a diverse patient base.
CARE: The Curriculum for Advancing Racial Equality. An educational program designed to equip physicians with the tools and knowledge to address the impact of racism in aesthetic medicine.
Forces of Beauty: A Lens into Inclusivity in Aesthetics. A comprehensive report about what inclusion and representation looks like in beauty today.
